Job summary

ATLAS TITLE GROUP LLC in Knoxville, TN seeks a Title Processor to join our team. You will work with lenders to ensure the title is clear, gather documents, and obtain signatures for the settlement, and own the close of the sale.

The ideal candidate can multitask, communicates effectively, and has a solid understanding of real estate transactions, escrow, and mortgages. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple files while keeping clients informed throughout

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple real estate transactions.
• Knowledge of titles, mortgages, escrow processes is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with lenders, buyers, and sellers to ensure alignment and maintain relationships.
• Verify documentation, obtain signatures, and keep files organized throughout the transaction.
• Monitor the title and sale status and communicate updates to clients.
• Transmit all documentation to the lender as needed to keep the close moving.
