Job summary

Old Tampa Bay Title LLC in Tampa, FL seeks a Title Processor to join the team. You will work with the lender to ensure a clear title and obtain all necessary documents and signatures for settlement.

You will also process the file, troubleshoot issues, and own the close of the sale or settlement. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a solid understanding of real estate, escrow, and mortgages.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Prior knowledge of titles, mortgages, escrow processes, and loans helpful.
• The ability to multitask and switch focus between multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with lenders, buyers, and sellers to ensure everyone is on the sale page while maintaining strong professional relationships
• Verify all documentation, obtain signatures as required, and keep files organized throughout the entire transaction
• Monitor the status of the title and sale throughout the entire process, and communicate it appropriately with the clients
• Troubleshoot issues with the title, lender, or purchaser as they arise as to not slow the closing process at all
• Transmit all documentation to the lender as needed
