• 2+ years of relative experience in a Title Center or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Title Center services and supervise first-line supervisors and staff.
• Ensure timely processing and compliance with applicable codes and timelines.
• Hire and manage performance of Title Center employees.
• Monitor productivity via dashboards and title tracker platforms.
• Lead group title projects and coordinate with DMV and Salvage Providers.
• Develop progression plans and support employee growth.
