Job summary

Zillow Group’s Title team is seeking a Manager, Title to lead Title Review Specialists and drive high-quality, timely loan progression across the mortgage lifecycle.

You will own daily title operations, guide complex matters, and coordinate with Processing, Underwriting, and Closing to keep files moving toward closing. This is a remote U.S. position with cross-functional exposure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mortgage title operations or related fulfillment function, with 2+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Title Review Specialists with clear expectations and regular feedback.
• Own daily title-team operations: queue management, staffing, escalations, and SLA adherence.
• Oversee complete title workflow from order placement to title-condition resolution.
• Monitor performance using production, aging, quality, defects, rework, and SLA metrics.
• Provide guidance on complex title matters (vestings, liens, curative items) and escalate risk.
• Collaborate with Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Funding, and Post-Closing to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Build strong relationships with title agencies, escrow partners, and vendors.
• Lead onboarding, training, and quality calibration for the Title team.
