RB Global, Inc. is seeking a supervisor for the Title Center to oversee document processing within a branch. You will assist the Title Manager, ensure timely flow of documents, and resolve issues with customers and regulatory personnel. The role includes payroll, reporting, and staff supervision.

You will train new Title Specialists and DMV Processors, monitor productivity, and coordinate with DMV and Salvage Providers on questions or processes, in a typical field office environment.

• Supervises Title Center services and staff and handles critical items in the absence of the Title Center Manager.
• Assist Title Center Manager in the timely and efficient flow of documents per applicable codes.
• Monitor productivity and efficiency; manage payroll and Title Center reports.
• Resolve employee issues and coordinate with DMV and Salvage providers for questions or processes.
• Train new Title Specialists and DMV Processors; conduct regular department meetings.
