Job summary

First American is seeking a senior leader to direct a Production Center in its GO Title division. You will oversee daily operations, drive strategic goals, and ensure high-quality, cost-effective output across domestic and global teams.

The role requires extensive experience in title production, strong leadership, and proven ability to optimize workflows using data-driven insight. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 6–10 years in title production and at least 2 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to mentor staff and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages production processes and employees domestically and globally.
• Develops short-term and long-term goals and objectives.
• Drives process improvements and maintains high-quality output.
• Reviews monthly P&L and unit cost data to guide decisions.
