Job summary

Sam's East is seeking a team member to support Tire & Battery Center operations and deliver strong member service. You will help organize displays, assist with tire installation scheduling, and ensure safe, efficient service delivery across the sales floor.

In this role you will leverage Sam's Garage knowledge, advise on warranties, and collaborate with the club team to maximize value for members while maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: Auto service or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and sales floor safety and standards per safety policies.
• Keep Tire and Battery Center (TBC) sales floor organized, stocked and merchandised.
• Assist members with tire maintenance and installation scheduling.
• Provide expert member service, recommend tires/batteries and explain warranties.
• Operate POS, handle payments, returns, and exchanges as needed.
