You will use Sam's Garage and product knowledge to recommend tire and battery products, explain warranties, and help drive service excellence across the club.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety and standards on the facility and sales floor by following safety policies and reporting unsafe situations.
• Keeps Tire and Battery Center merchandise organized, stocked, priced, and clearly signed.
• Assists members with tire installation scheduling, lead time changes, and service recommendations.
• Provides expert member service using Sam's Garage and product knowledge to suggest suitable tire and battery products and explain warranties.
