Job summary

Sam's Club Tire & Battery Center is seeking a team member to ensure safety, organize the TBC sales floor, assist members with tire and battery needs, and coordinate installation appointments. You will greet customers, explain warranties, and use Sam’s Garage tools to recommend suitable products, while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and sales floor standards by following safety policies, including forklift and hazardous material handling.
• Organize, stock, zone, and merchandise the Tire and Battery Center (TBC) according to policies; manage claims, returns, shrink, and damages.
• Greet members, identify needs, assist with purchasing and service decisions, and explain warranties for tires and batteries.
• Assist with tire maintenance and installation scheduling; communicate lead times and order changes to members.
