Job summary

Sam's East is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Associate to deliver expert member service while maintaining safety and merchandise standards on the sales floor.

You will assist with tire maintenance and installation scheduling, explain warranties, and help members choose the best tire and battery products using Sam’s Garage knowledge. The role includes POS transactions, returns, and maintaining displays.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by following safety policies and procedures.
• Presents and maintains merchandise presentation by stocking merchandise and setting up displays.
• Assists members with tire maintenance and installation scheduling and communicates lead time changes.
• Provides expert member service and recommendations using product knowledge to explain warranties and value.
• Drives sales and service excellence in the Tire & Battery Center by promoting offerings and value.
• Triages and prioritizes service workflow in TBC bays to maximize efficiency.
