Job summary

Sam's Club Tire & Battery Center is seeking a team member to maintain safety and cleanliness on the sales floor and in service bays, assist members with tire and battery needs, and coordinate installations. You will use Sam’s Garage, POS systems, and product knowledge to advise on warranties and value, while upholding policy and procedures.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards on the sales floor and in service bays.
• Assist members with tire installation, orders, and service decisions.
• Provide expert member service, recommend products, and explain warranties.
• Operate POS, process purchases, returns and exchanges using standard procedures.
• Promote TBC offerings and maintain merchandising and displays.
