Job summary

Sam's East operates its Tire and Battery Center to deliver safe, efficient service and quality merchandise presentation. The role maintains safety standards, stocks and signs merchandise, and ensures proper handling of damaged goods.

You will assist members with tire maintenance and installation scheduling, use Sam’s Garage, and advise on warranties and best-value options while collaborating with the TBC team to optimize service flow.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed on the floor and in the Tire and Battery Center (TBC).
• Keep the TBC organized, stocked, zoned and merchandised per policy, including handling of claims, returns, shrink and damages.
• Assist members with tire maintenance and repair services and schedule installations.
• Provide expert member service, recommend safe products, explain warranties, and promote value.
• Drive sales and service excellence by communicating product value and collaborating with club staff.
• Triages service workflow in TBC bays, prioritizes appointments, and supports technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety, TPMS, product specs, and POS systems.
