Job summary

Sam's East is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe and efficient service in both sales and service areas, ensuring members get more of what they love for less. You will work with teammates to meet member expectations while delivering value.

The role emphasizes safety, knowledge of TPMS, service standards, and proactive customer service. You'll operate POS systems, assist members with purchases, and help maintain inventory and training programs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests, educating others and mentoring new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance, tire and battery guidelines, TPMS, and POS systems.
• Leverage digital tools and handheld devices to plan and drive sales, improve service, and support training and product information.
• Handle cash registers, process transactions, maintain inventory, and ensure safety and policy compliance.
