Job summary

Sam's East is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead to supervise hourly associates and deliver safe, efficient services for members. You will model expertise in tire and battery operations, drive the business plan, and lead the team to meet performance goals in a fast-paced club environment.

You will coach teammates on product knowledge, safety procedures, and member engagement while using handheld tools to plan work, monitor service quality, and elevate the overall member experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Knowledge of tire and battery services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Tire and Battery Center team to meet the club's service goals.
• Coach associates to deliver safe, efficient services and maintain a welcoming member experience.
• Utilize handheld tech to plan tasks and drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with safety, inventory, and operational standards.
• Staff scheduling and daily operations in the center.
