Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Tire & Battery Center associate to maintain safety, merchandise, and service excellence. You will assist members with tire and battery purchases, manage displays, and coordinate service appointments using Sam's Garage tools. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and member satisfaction.

Responsibilities include merchandising, camera of the service queue, and assisting team leads to deliver quality service and value to members.

• Keeps tire and battery center merchandised and stocked per policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards on the sales floor and in TBC.
• Stock, merchandise, sign, and price products; manage damaged goods.
• Assist members with tire and battery purchases and services.
• Triages service workflow to maximize efficiency and meet needs.
• Operate POS and handle payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Support policies and safety compliance in all tasks.
