Job summary

Sam's East is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead to supervise hourly associates and drive member service in the Tire and Battery Center. You will model expertise and collaborate with other leaders to meet the club’s expectations.

You will lead, train, and motivate the team, ensure safety and process adherence, and use digital tools to plan, drive sales, and enhance the member experience while maintaining inventory and operations in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tire and Battery Center team to meet the business plan and ensure member satisfaction.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and service standards on the floor.
• Train and develop associates on products and new technologies.
• Use digital tools to plan, drive sales and improve service quality.
• Operate cash registers and manage inventory and paperwork as needed.
