Job summary

Sam's East is seeking a member-focused associate for the Tire & Battery Center in Auburn Hills, MI. The role emphasizes safety, organized displays, timely service, and expert product recommendations for tires and batteries.

You will assist with installation scheduling, communicate lead times, and use Sam’s Garage and POS systems to serve members efficiently while upholding high standards of service and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Minimum Qualifications: 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards per safety policies and forklift/hazards handling.
• Presents merchandise, stocks, signs, prices, and handles damaged goods.
• Assists with tire and battery orders, installation scheduling, and service recommendations.
• Delivers expert member service, uses Sam’s Garage, and communicates value of tires and batteries.
• Prioritizes service workflow in TBC bays to maximize efficiency.
• Uses digital tools to plan sales and training, and adopts new tools with the team.
• Acts as a brand advocate and supports training of team members.
• Processes purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges following policy.
