Job summary

Sam's East in Tulsa, OK is seeking a dedicated Tire and Battery Center associate to uphold safety standards, stock displays, and assist members with tire and battery services.

You will leverage Sam’s Garage knowledge to recommend products, schedule installations, and drive sales while delivering exceptional member service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must have valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: Auto service industry experience, Retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and sales floor safety and standards by following safety policies and procedures and handling equipment safely.
• Keep Tire and Battery Center organized, stocked, zoned, and merchandised per policy, including claims, returns, shrink, and damages.
• Assist members with tire maintenance and installation appointments and provide service recommendations.
• Use Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to recommend suitable tire and battery products and explain warranties.
• Drive sales and service excellence by communicating value of merchandise and services across the club.
