Job summary

Sam's East is seeking a team member to support Tire & Battery Center operations. You will help maintain safety, merchandising, and efficient service on the sales floor while assisting members with purchases and service decisions.

Responsibilities include coordinating tire and battery orders, guiding customers through installation scheduling, and using Sam’s Garage to ensure the best product recommendations. A focus on teamwork and accurate POS transactions is essential.

Qualifications

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Provides expert member service and recommendations by greeting members and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Drives sales and service excellence in the Tire & Battery Center by promoting offerings to members.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards as per safety policies.
• Keeps Tire & Battery Center organized, stocked, zoned and merchandised.
• Monitors tire and battery orders and assists members with installation appointments.
• Provides product knowledge to recommend safe and suitable tire and battery products.
• Acts as brand advocate and trains team members on service standards.
• Operates POS system for purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Follows Open Door Policy and company ethics in daily tasks.
