• Organize, stock, zone, and merchandise the TBC area according to policy, handling claims, returns, shrink, and damages.
• Assist members with tire installation, monitor order lead times, and suggest alternatives when needed.
• Provide expert member service, greet customers, identify needs, and use Sam's Garage and product knowledge to recommend safe tire/battery options.
