• Maintains safety and standards on the sales floor and in service bays.
• Assists members with tire and battery installation pricing and scheduling.
• Stocks and merchandises Tire & Battery Center displays according to policy.
• Uses Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to guide purchases and explain warranties.
• Keeps documentation for service requests and orders up to date.
