Job summary

Sam's East, Inc. is seeking a team member for the Tire and Battery Center. You will assist members with tire and battery purchases, explain warranties, and coordinate installations. Strong interpersonal skills and safety compliance are essential to delivering value and service on the sales floor.

The role emphasizes safety, merchandising, and efficient service delivery while using Sam’s Garage knowledge to guide member choices and drive service excellence across the club.

Qualifications

• Maintains safety and service standards in a retail auto center environment.
• Delivers high level member service and sales assistance.
• Communicates effectively with teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, identify needs, and assist with purchasing and service decisions.
• Explain warranties, recommend tire and battery products, and provide service guidance.
• Accept, process, and track tire and battery orders; schedule installations.
• Operate POS system, handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Follow safety policies, handle hazardous materials, and maintain showroom presentation.
