Job summary

Sam's East, Inc. is seeking a customer‑focused associate to maintain safety and service standards across the Tire and Battery Center (TBC). You will assist members with tire maintenance, explain warranties, and drive sales by promoting TBC offerings and value.

Responsibilities include inventory, display setup, order tracking, and using Sam’s Garage references to guide product choices while prioritizing service efficiency and teamwork across the club.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards.
• Ensures Tire and Battery Center (TBC) merchandises per policy.
• Assists members with tire maintenance and service decisions.
• Provides expert member service and product recommendations.
• Operates POS and handles payments, returns and exchanges.
