The Brook's is hiring motivated Dunkin' Shift Leaders to guide daily operations, coach teammates, and ensure guests receive exceptional service while upholding Dunkin brand standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and cash-handling experience.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support restaurant team members throughout each shift
• Ensure food, beverage, safety, and service standards are consistently met
• Assign tasks, communicate priorities, and provide coaching and feedback
• Support training, inventory management, and cash handling procedures
• Help resolve guest concerns and create positive experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
