You will ensure accurate data entry, assist with post-sale questions, and coordinate with the Sales team to keep contracts moving smoothly from initial prep to completion.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with contracts or sales documents preferred.
• Strong numerical and data accuracy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and type timeshare sales contracts and related documentation using Microsoft Excel and other office systems.
• Process sales agreements and supporting documentation from initial preparation through completion.
• Enter and verify contract information with a high degree of accuracy.
• Review contracts and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and required information.
• Process changes, modifications, and corrections to sales contracts as needed.
• Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure contracts are properly prepared and processed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to completed sales.
• Assist with post-sale customer service calls and questions related to contracts and completed sales.
• Communicate with internal departments to help ensure sales transactions move smoothly through the contract process.
• Handle sensitive customer and sales information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Perform other contract-processing and office responsibilities as needed.
