Westgate Resorts in Ocoee, FL seeks a detail-oriented Contract Processing I to support Timeshare Operations and Contract Administration. You will review, track, and maintain contract data for ownership documents and customer records.

Ideal candidates have strong administrative skills, data accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role collaborates with International Division, Resort Operations, Customer Service, and Cancel Save teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with contract processing, records management, and document control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, track, and verify source documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Process ownership, customer, and contract information in systems.
• Identify missing information and coordinate resolution with teams.
• Maintain electronic records and contract documentation.
• Enter and update data; apply codes and updates for integrity.
• Transfer processed information to databases with confidentiality.
• File, organize, and route documents per procedures.
• Respond to owner and customer inquiries about documentation and status.
• Assist departments with document requests and retrieval.
• Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient processing.
• Print, prepare, and distribute ownership and contract documents.
• Mark signature/witness/notary sections to complete documents.
• Apply mailing codes to outgoing correspondence.
• Coordinate document distribution and filing activities.
