This role collaborates with project leadership, payroll, and accounting to ensure compliant labor reporting and cost management. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years timekeeping experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with union requirements and payroll procedures.

Qualifications

• Two years of timekeeping experience in the rotating equipment industry.
• Experience with payroll processing, cost tracking, and auditing.
• Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, union requirements, and compliance standards.
• Experience supporting billing and invoicing functions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and balance daily timecard data; verify against gate logs.
• Allocate time by client site deadlines and ensure accurate billing.
• Audit timesheets and correct discrepancies for billing.
• Assist with invoicing and verify cost/work orders billed correctly.
• Prepare weekly payroll reports and upload cost data to corporate systems.
