The New York City Department of Correction (DOC) seeks five Part-Time Clerical Associates to assist with timekeeping and customer service. Under the Deputy Director, you will review timekeeping documents, troubleshoot issues, and post transactions in CityTime by deadlines.
You will coordinate with facilities, run reports, verify hires and transfers in CityTime, ensure proper cascading to Payroll, and help staff understand citywide timekeeping rules while complying with all laws and policies.

Qualification Requirements
A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization and one year of satisfactory clerical experience.
Skills Requirement
Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute.
