Responsibilities

• Administration and processing of invoicing, work records, personnel files, and associated documents
• Cross-function between field and corporate payroll to address any payroll related issues
• Assist employees in completing any paperwork if needed
• Maintain professional level of communication with staff throughout organization, while exercising discretion with confidential information
• Meet strict deadlines with occasional requirements to work evenings and weekends
• Performs other duties as assigned or required
