You will work within time recording systems, perform time adjustments, maintain holiday schedules, prorate entitlements, and assist with system testing, training, reporting, and audits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries via email, help desk, phone, and the Client Employee Service Center.
• Administer time recording in various systems.
• Perform time adjustments in the client system.
• Maintain holiday schedules and prorate holiday entitlements.
• Handle weekly Gate Waiver exceptions and system changes testing.
• Provide weekly reporting and support audits.
• Complete tasks independently and reliably.
