Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Payroll Timekeeping Specialist to support accurate timekeeping and payroll operations, serving as a key contact for employees and managers. You will review adjustments, audit time-off, and ensure data is ready for payroll processing, while partnering with the payroll team to improve accuracy and user experience.

You will guide users on timekeeping policies and system navigation, maintain documentation, and participate in audits and process improvements to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with UKG Pro or similar timekeeping systems.
• Understanding of payroll processing and timekeeping.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Support accurate, timely timekeeping and payroll operations across the organization.
• Resolve timekeeping questions and process adjustments in line with policies and payroll deadlines.
• Audit time-off, attendance, and leave balances for discrepancies.
• Guide employees and managers on timekeeping processes and system navigation.
