Job summary

ADIDAS in Wilkes-Barre is seeking a Timekeeping & Attendance Clerk to support internal customers by providing information and resolving issues related to timekeeping and attendance.

You will perform data entry for time and attendance systems, maintain the timekeeping system, answer questions from employees and managers about hours, and run reports to support operations, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience supporting an automated time and attendance system preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and data entry

Responsibilities

• Performs data entry for time and attendance systems
• Maintains timekeeping system for reporting and audits
• Responds to employee and management questions on hours
• Oversees call off system data maintenance and warnings
• Tracks data, runs reports, provides requested information
• Performs other duties including on-the-floor support
