Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ months of HR experience or 6+ months of customer service experience or 6+ months experience in Amazon.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee inquiries about time and attendance and HR queries via phone and chat.
• Maintain detailed records in the service case management system and apply attendance policies.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and adhere to SOPs for HR inquiries.
• Own employee cases from initial contact to resolution and document process gaps for improvements.
