Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a Time Admin/Labor Processing Analyst to join the AFS Time Team within Controllership. The role supports bi-monthly labor processing, payroll validation, and reconciliation of Deltek T&E and Costpoint.

You will create data patrols to ensure compliance, investigate issues, manage leave balances and intercompany transfers, assist labor distributions, and support audits of timekeeping. Collaboration across internal departments is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support bi-monthly labor processing, including payroll validation.
• Prepare post-labor processing reconciliation of Deltek T&E and Costpoint.
• Create and execute data patrols to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Investigate labor processing matters to determine root cause and action.
• Manage leave balances, accruals, payouts, and intercompany transfers.
• Support preparation and processing of labor distributions.
• Assist audits of timekeeping systems as requested.
• Test time administration/labor processes as needed.
• Update procedures and job aids for accuracy and relevance.
• Coordinate across teams to address time administration, labor processing, and payroll.
• Provide regular status updates to the T&E Lead.
• Outreach to employees regarding time non-compliance across patrols.
