Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Time Admin/Labor Processing Analyst to support bi-monthly labor processing, payroll validation, and labor distributions within the Controllership organization.

The role requires US citizenship, strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SharePoint is essential as you coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate information across formats (email, documents, PowerPoint) and across levels.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and resolve issues.
• Analytical mindset for problem solving in time and payroll contexts.
• Proficient with MS Office, Power BI, and SharePoint sites.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Support bi-monthly labor processing and payroll validation.
• Prepare post labor processing reconciliation of Deltek T&E and Costpoint.
• Create data patrols to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Investigate labor processing matters to determine root cause and action.
• Manage leave balances, accruals, payouts, and transfers.
• Support labor distributions and audits of timekeeping systems.
• Test time administration processes and update procedures as needed.
• Coordinate with team and internal departments on time, labor, and payroll.
• Provide status updates to the T&E Lead and support initiatives.
