Job summary

CFS in Maitland, FL is seeking a Timekeeping Coordinator to ensure labor data integrity across field operations. This onsite role partners with payroll and GPS-based systems to promote accurate time entries and compliant labor allocation.

You will review technician time, resolve discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready records in a fast-paced, process-driven environment that values accuracy and accountability.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in timekeeping, payroll, technician dispatch, or labor tracking roles.
• Strong Excel skills with familiarity using time-tracking or GPS-based workforce systems.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate technician time entries for accurate allocation to work orders or overhead pay types.
• Partner with offshore reconciliation team to oversee GPS-based time reviews.
• Escalate time entry discrepancies, exceptions, or policy violations and coordinate resolution with supervisors.
• Investigate GPS misalignment issues, document corrections, and maintain audit-ready records.
• Reconcile and close daily labor logs; serve as the primary resource for labor tracking questions.
