Qualifikationen

• High school diploma and some college preferred.
• 4 years of selling experience required.
• Proven ability to work in an unstructured, unsupervised environment.

• Conduct weekly sales calls with existing customers and cold calls to potential customers.
• Prepare weekly sales and call reports.
• Develop monthly strategy for sales calls and travel calendar.
• Analyze area market data to tailor sales strategy for top accounts.
• Grow market share while maintaining product margins.
• Complete Positive Action Forms for displays or sales.
• Follow up with clients via calls, letters, and emails.
• Maintain client files and timely follow up on programs.
• Provide PK seminars to customers.
• Use On Demand reporting to achieve sales objectives.
