Dal-Tile, the leading tile and natural stone manufacturer in the United States, is seeking a Sales Representative to expand regional market share by servicing current accounts and pursuing new business. You will conduct weekly sales calls, prepare reports, analyze top accounts, and coordinate displays while maintaining margins and driving growth.

The role requires 4 years of selling experience, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation.

Formación

• 4 years of selling experience required.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment with little supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts weekly sales calls servicing existing customers and cold calling potential customers (4–5 calls weekly).
• Prepares weekly sales and call reports.
• Develops monthly strategy for sales calls and travel calendar.
• Analyzes area market data to identify top Dealers, Contractors and Builders.
• Grows market share while maintaining product margins and completing customer programs.
