Dal-Tile Corp. is seeking an exceptional Sales Representative to join our team. The role includes conducting weekly sales calls, preparing reports and market analyses for top accounts in the region, and expanding the customer base through proactive outreach.

Base pay ranges from $52,000 to $65,000 with potential commissions, bonuses, and other incentives depending on position and individual factors. This position supports market growth and requires travel and strong negotiation skills.

Formación

• High school diploma and some college preferred.
• 4 years prior selling experience.
• Proven ability to work in an unstructured, unsupervised environment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct weekly sales calls servicing existing customers and cold calling potential customers (4–5 calls per week).
• Prepare weekly Sales and Call reports.
• Develop monthly strategy for sales calls and travel calendar.
• Conduct area market analysis of top accounts including dealers, contractors and builders.
• Research area market data to determine commonly purchased styles and sizes.
• Grow market share by increasing sales while maintaining product margins.
• Complete Positive Action Forms for cold calls resulting in displays or sales.
• Provide PK seminars to customers and use On Demand reporting to achieve sales objectives.
