Floor & Decor in Lowell, Arkansas is seeking a Product Sales Specialist trainer to elevate customer service and product knowledge. You will lead product specialist training, manage store floor merchandising, pricing and displays, and ensure a welcoming checkout experience for every guest.

You will guide associates through SOP updates, complete certification courses, and coordinate with management to maintain inventory and store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED completed.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and signage in the department.
• Ensure accurate product placement and pricing.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Operate forklift certification/testing and apply safety standards.
