Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Store Manager in Lowell, Arkansas to drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and uphold Floor & Decor’s customer service standards. You will oversee merchandising, pricing, and inventory accuracy, while ensuring safety and exceptional shopper experiences.

Responsibilities include staff training, performance coaching, scheduling optimization, and adherence to loss prevention policies to protect assets and profits.

Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, complex location.
• Proven recruiting, hiring, and training abilities.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve store goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales budgets and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Teach and adhere to the P’s of retail (People, Product, Price, Purchasing, Position, Presentation, Promotion and Pro Services).
• Merchandise strategically and maintain store presentation standards.
• Ensure loss prevention and risk management practices are followed.
• Schedule, train, and supervise associates; manage performance and development.
