Floor & Decor is seeking a trainer for Product Sales Specialists to ensure customers receive exceptional service and product knowledge. You will guide staff, oversee certification, and maintain accurate merchandising and pricing in the showroom department.

The role emphasizes leadership, clear SOP communication, and hands-on coaching to deliver a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure high-quality customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and maintain knowledge of merchandise.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, and department organization.
• Greet customers, answer product questions, and assist with selections.
• Process checkouts, refunds, and exchanges per guidelines and use POS system.
