Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a dedicated trainer to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure an outstanding shopping experience with expert product knowledge and service.

The role emphasizes practicing core retail principles, supervising certification, and maintaining accurate department merchandising and pricing. A strong customer-service background and gymnastic ability to learn and teach are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service/sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure attentive customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Ensure merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays and create price signs.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process checkout and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
