Job summary

Alleyoop is seeking a leader to own and scale its TikTok Shop affiliate growth engine, turning creator content into a predictable revenue stream.

You will recruit and activate creators, optimize costs, and build systems that scale content, views, and GMV across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Reporting to the Founder, this operator role demands ownership, fast execution, and a data-driven approach to drive profitability and platform partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in scaling TikTok Shop, social commerce, or affiliate-driven revenue.
• Strong understanding of creator recruitment, activation, and incentives.
• Analytical thinker with ability to build scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the TikTok Shop Revenue Engine with topline growth and profitability accountability.
• Build and scale a large creator network and manage activation, retention, and incentives.
• Scale winning content and identify concepts to replicate quickly.
• Own product/SKU strategy for TikTok Shop potential and launches.
• Close the paid media loop by feeding learnings into other channels.
• Analyze, forecast, and report daily/weekly performance across GMV, views, creators.
