Job summary

Reach Social, a Chief Media company, is seeking an Account Manager to own client TikTok Shop strategy and growth across a portfolio of high-value brands. You’ll direct content, affiliates, merchandising, campaigns, GMV Max ads, and offers while leading a remote team and building deep client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience.
• An obsession with TikTok, creators, and consumer behavior on the platform.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with senior client stakeholders.
• A strong analytics mindset: you turn data into decisions and growth strategies.
• Excellent project management; you can keep many workstreams across many clients moving at once.
• Comfort leading people and holding a team to a high standard.
• A bias toward action, resourcefulness under pressure, and a refusal to settle for "good enough"

Responsibilities

• Own the overall account strategy for each client, tying content, affiliate, ads, merchandising, and offers into one cohesive growth plan.
• Set GMV and performance goals for each shop and the plan to hit them.
• Analyze performance, content, and competitor landscapes to decide where to push, pull back, or pivot.
• Proactively spot growth opportunities and cross-sell agency services.
• Stay ahead of new TikTok Shop features, tools, and trends and decide which to bring to your clients.
• Direct the crew: Affiliate strategy, merchandising, campaigns, ads, and manage a remote team of shop assistants.
• Own the relationship: serve as primary client contact, onboarding, monthly KPI reviews, liaison with platform team.
