Full Circle Agency seeks a Senior TikTok Shop Key Accounts Manager to own a portfolio of established client accounts and drive growth, retention, and profitability. This is not day-to-day execution; you will shape strategy, lead executive-level conversations, and mentor a team of Shop Managers.

You will manage 4–6 clients, run weekly calls and QBRs, translate goals into measurable TikTok Shop plans, review performance data, and identify upsell opportunities across advertising, creator programs,

Qualificações

• 4–6+ years in e-commerce account management, marketplace operations, or agency client services.
• At least two years of hands-on TikTok Shop Seller Center experience.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency or services environment.
• At least one year of people-management experience with two or more direct reports.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary strategic contact for 4–6 TikTok Shop clients and lead executive-level reviews.
• Build account plans covering growth targets, profitability, risks, and initiatives.
• Identify upsell opportunities across advertising, creator programs, and services.
• Coach 2–4 Shop Managers and monitor performance, SLAs, and reporting.
• Translate client goals into measurable TikTok Shop strategies and budgets.
