Job summary

FOLQS is a fast-growing D2C supplement brand in the United States, and we are hiring one person to own the entire TikTok Shop account end-to-end. You will oversee affiliates, creator partnerships, influencer outreach, and the content pipeline that feeds it all.

You will design the growth strategy, build a scalable creator and UGC acquisition engine, manage outreach at scale (50+ creators per month), ensure FTC compliance, and report on GMV and ROI.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in TikTok creator/affiliate roles for D2C brands or agencies.
• You've personally run a TikTok Shop affiliate program with measurable GMV.
• Fluent written English for creator outreach.
• Volume outreach: 50+ creators/month with data.
• Experience using AI tools for outreach, briefs, content ideation, and ops.
• Bonus: Spark Ads or whitelisted content workflow experience and existing creator network in wellness/supplement/beauty.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall TikTok Shop growth strategy including affiliates, content, and paid media.
• Build and scale the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program with creator onboarding, commissions, and relationship management.
• Develop a scalable creator/UGC acquisition engine to generate content and creators driving sales.
• Drive Folqs organic strategy: trends, cadence, and community engagement.
• Prepare FTC-compliant creator briefings for campaigns.
• Produce performance reports on GMV, orders, CAC, and creator ROI.
• Oversee affiliate platform ops (Social Snowball / GRIN / Aspire or equivalent).

TikTok is our next major growth channel - we're hiring one person to own the entire account end-to-end: TikTok Shop affiliates, creator partnerships, influencer outreach, and the content pipeline that feeds it all.

What you'll own:

• The overall TikTok Shop growth strategy, including channel P&L thinking, growth targets, testing roadmap, and prioritization across affiliates, content, and paid media
• Build, manage, and scale the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program, including creator sourcing, vetting, onboarding, briefing, commissions, Open Collaboration, Targeted, VIP programs, and relationship management
• Develop a scalable creator and UGC acquisition engine that consistently generates content and creators capable of driving sales
• Run Folqs organic strategy: trends, cadence, community
• FTC-compliant creator briefing
• Performance reporting: GMV, attributed orders, CAC, creator ROI - not vanity metrics
• Affiliate platform ops (Social Snowball / GRIN / Aspire or equivalent)

You are:

• 3-5+ years in TikTok creator/affiliate/influencer roles for D2C e-commerce brands or D2C agencies
• You've personally run a TikTok Shop affiliate program with measurable GMV
• Fluent in TikTok Creator Marketplace + one platform (Social Snowball / GRIN / Aspire / Modash / Insense)
• Volume operator - 50+ creators/month outreach, with reply-rate data
• Strong written English (you brief creators and run outreach)
• Performance-minded - you measure work in conversions and GMV, not followers
• You live and breathe AI tools - daily use for outreach, briefs, content ideation, ops.
• Coachable - you work alongside the founders
• Bonus: Spark Ads / whitelisted content workflow experience, existing creator network in supplement/wellness/beauty, FTC compliance basics

Schedule: Fully remote. Minimum 6-hour overlap with US Eastern Time (10am-4pm ET).
