APPTS is building a new way to discover and book appointments in Los Angeles, inviting a creative, social-first individual to shape a brand people want to follow. You won't need years of marketing experience; you should live on TikTok and Instagram and understand what makes content blow up.

As the role grows APPTS' presence, you'll craft ideas, run short-form ads, spot trends, and collaborate with the founders to turn big ideas into campaigns that feel native to LA's beauty, wellness, and local

Qualifications

No formal marketing experience required; you can show you understand trends and culture.
You live on TikTok and Instagram and know what makes content blow up.
You are creative, curious and able to generate new ideas without a long brief.

Responsibilities

Build APPTS' presence across TikTok, Instagram, and future platforms.
Come up with content ideas and create engaging posts.
Run ads for TikToks, Reels, Stories, and other short-form content.
Identify trends, sounds, creators, formats, and cultural moments to own.
Help grow APPTS in LA and connect with the local beauty, wellness, lifestyle scene.
Work directly with the founders to turn big ideas into campaigns.
Analyze what's working and iterate on successful concepts.
Bring fresh ideas to the table to keep the brand relevant.
