Qualifications

• 5+ years TIG and MIG welding experience in a job shop or custom fabrication environment.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision TIG and MIG welding on custom fabrications and OEM parts.
• Interpret detailed blueprints and weld symbols to ensure 100% part accuracy.
• Set up welding machines, adjust parameters, and verify quality to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Layout and fit-up assemblies before final welding.
• Operate cranes and forklifts safely for material handling.
• Collaborate with teammates to optimize production runs.
