True North Consultants, Inc. in West Bend, WI is seeking a Custom Metal Fabricator & TIG Welder for a 2nd shift (Mon-Thur, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM) with a 4x10 schedule and a guaranteed 3-day weekend.

You will perform precision TIG and MIG welding on OEM parts for medical, packaging, and printing sectors, reading complex blueprints and setting welding parameters. This role requires 5+ years welding experience, strong blueprint literacy, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Formación

• 5+ years TIG and MIG welding depth in job shop or custom fabrication.
• 5+ years reading complex blueprints and weld symbols.
• Stable work history with good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate cranes/forklifts.
• US work authorization and local commute to West Bend/Jackson, WI.

Responsabilidades

• Perform precision TIG and MIG welds on custom fabrications and prototypes.
• Interpret detailed engineering blueprints and weld symbols for accuracy.
• Set up welding machines, gas mixtures, amperage, and parameters.
• Layout and fit-up assemblies ensuring proper alignment before welding.
• Safely use overhead cranes and forklifts to move weldments.
• Collaborate with team to optimize job runs and resolve issues.
